Tis a strange thing when one thought, a memory, a person is constant in once mind. It often does in moments which are less than ideal. Distracting. It keeps festering in your mind, it can be a song, book, poem that seems to relate to a situation in your own life. The thing is it often time it isn´t about an earth shattering event in your own life, because truth to be told how often does something earth shattering happen in our life’s, but something so mundane that on top of the distraction we beat ourselves up about the ridicules amount of time we spend thinking about this mundane thing.
